Social Media Analyst – San Francisco, CA

Description

Key Role:

Provide subject matter expertise to Broadroots clients on their adoption and integration of general Web communication and management techniques to support online messaging initiatives.  Develop a baseline analysis for client’s current use of social media and their presence in the social media domain and devise an assessment strategy, including trend analysis and metric reporting. Provide clients with meaningful assessments and reports that measure the effectiveness of its Web presence and keep up to date with new and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with Information Technology

-2 years of experience with social media tools, including Facebook, Twitter, and Wikis

-2 years of experience with Web 2.0 and social community structure

-2 years of experience in IT consulting

-1 years of experience in analyzing the process of managing the social media changes ensuring that they are equally balanced with the application of technology

-Knowledge of project life-cycle, including gathering and analyzing customer requirements, designing user interfaces, and creating processes, documentation, testing, and publishing

Desired Qualifications:

-1 years of experience with marketing and brand management

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree

Social Media Business Development Consultant – San Francisco, CA

Description

Key Role:

Work with future Broadroots clients to understand their pain points around social media.  Help clients understand Broadroots services and provide guidance on how an assessment strategy, including trend analysis and metric reporting can help with specific needs.  Maintain contacts in the social media space both amongst key executives and thought leaders.  Keep up to date with new and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with outside sales/business development required

-3 years of experience with Information Technology

-2 years of experience with social media tools, including Facebook, Twitter, and Wikis

-2 years of experience with Web 2.0 and social community structure

Desired Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree
